1. Work.

 

Client retains My Bossy Life, LLC to create [ENTER A DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK HERE]. Work includes only the final, deliverable art, and not any preliminary work or sketches. Client receives a three revision limit on all Work. If Client is not satisfied after the three revisions, My Bossy Life will charge $15 per additional revision Client requests. Revisions include, but are not limited to, fonts, color, sizing, layout.

 

2. Consultations & Consultations + Deposits Fees

Consultation Fees and Deposits are due 48 hours before initial appointment. Full payment is due upon completion of service(s). Full Payment must be received before product/service is released to client.

3. Price and Delivery. 

 

The non-refundable fee for Work is [DEPENDING ON ITEM]. For projects under $250 payment must be made in full before any work begins. Projects over $500 require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit beforehand. Balance due upon completion. Payment should be made in the method and manner specified by My Bossy Life, LLC Work is to be delivered no later than [15-21 BUSINESS DAYS FOR LOGO DEVELOPMENT, FLYERS, SOCIAL MEDIA DESIGN, PRINT DESIGN. PLANS. 5-8 WEEKS FOR BRANDING PACKAGES, WEBSITES, AND LARGER PROJECTS.], but My Bossy Life, LLC agrees that the date of delivery is not material to this Agreement. No finalized files will be delivered until  remaining balance is paid off.

After work begins here are some non-refundable fees to consider by tier:

$50 Consultation:  non-refundable fee

Work $250 and under: 50% non-refundable fee

Work $250- $500: $150 non-refundable fee or deposit, whichever is greater.

Work $500 +: 50% non-refundable fee or deposit, whichever is greater.

Client has 3 business days to cancel work to avoid these non-refundable fees.  If client cancels service request within 3 business days of Payment, they will receive a refund but will be charged a $50 booking fee.  The $50 booking fee is NOT THE SAME AS THE CONSULTATION FEE. 

​If work is purchased, and Client does not complete within 60 days, there is a $200 restart fee. If over 120 days, project is null and void, and no refund shall be issued. ALL UNPAID INVOICES ARE CANCELLED AFTER 48HRS.

4. Services and Booking Refund Policy.

We will do all that we can to provide top quality and elite service to our clients. Refunds are given at the discretion of the service provider. All consultation fees are non-refundable. All deposits are non-refundable after 7 Business days of service. All coaching fees and strategic plans are non-refundable.

3. Grant of Rights. 

 

My Bossy Life, LLC may use Work in portfolio (including, but not limited to, any website that displays My Bossy Life, LLC works). Client and My Bossy Life, LLC agree that when asked, Client must properly identify My Bossy Life, LLC as the creator of Work. Client does not have a proactive duty to display My Bossy Life, LLC name together with Work, but Client may not seek to mislead others that Work was created by anyone other than My Bossy Life, LLC. Draft files of artwork are property of My Bossy Life, LLC, and shall not be used in any matter or posted onto Social Media.  Client cannot promote or "show off" work until full payment has been made. That can be breach of contract, and cause My Bossy Life, LLC to forfeit project. In this case, no refund. 

4. Cancellation, and Expiration. 

 

The fee for Work is non-refundable. If Client nonetheless does not want or refuses to receive Work, My Bossy Life, LLC may decide whether or not to complete Work, and will exclusively retain all right to Work.  If service is complete and client decides to refuse work or does not want it, they WILL NOT receive any refund on fees paid.

5. Limitation of Liability. 

 

Client agrees that My Bossy Life, LLC will not be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages), that arise from My Bossy Life, LLC performance of this commission (including, but not limited to, failure to perform in a timely manner, regardless of whether the failure was intentional or negligent.)
