We live in a day and age where there are so many options to choose from (sometimes even too many). If your business is not seen by your target audience DAILY you are running a race on a hamster wheel while your competition skates past you to the finish line.

So what to do?

It's simple, you have to be seen to supported! No one is going to buy your products/or services if they do not know that they exist. You need a strategy that translates to sales. Here are 5 ways to increase your brand visibility.

5 WAYS TO INCREASE YOUR BRAND VISIBILITY

1. Tell people about your business.

This is the easiest and most effective way to put the face of your business out there. Don't be shy! Scared money don't make no money. Attend Networking Events. Have people connect with you on social media or your website after having a great conversation, Pass out business cards or create a digital one. If people love your vibe in person they are most likely willing to support your business.

2. Use the right social media networks.

Different audiences use different social media networks, so it’s important to figure out which networks are more appropriate for your social media strategy. The goal isn’t necessarily to be active on all networks, but to be active on the ones that matter the most for your users.

For example, a younger demographic will tend to use Instagram and TikTok, while an older demographic will tend to focus on Facebook.

You also want to make sure that networks you use make sense for the type of content you are sharing. Instagram is a highly visual platforms, which are great to showcase your product’s physical attributes or to give personality to your brand.

Twitter, however, focuses more on the latest info about your brand to keep users updated and have one-on-one communication with them.

Make sure you know which platforms serve which purpose so that you can select the ones that are compatible with your marketing strategy, Having every social media platform for you business may be more of a hassle than help.

3. Use Hashtags

And not any old hashtags. Use relevant hashtags to be found by potential customers who may be interested in your products or services. Hashtags enhance users’ ability to find your posts on social media. Hashtags can also be used to tie your posts to a particular topic, but they are often most effective when you want to tie your post to a specific current event, situation, campaign, trend, or discussion.

Hashtags will make your brand seem relevant and up to date about what’s going on right now. It will also increase your chances of inbound organic referrals as users are searching for that specific hashtag. This is fueled by word-of-mouth, which is a free organic way to get your content shared online.

I've been able to consistently reach over 10,000 people in my target audience per instagram post without spending a dime or having 10k Followers by the use of hashtags.

4. Create Shareable Content

Last week I shared in my insta-video gem series that engaging content can take your brand to the next level. Creating shareable content is a form of free promotion. If your audience/customers love your products/services/posts they will share-for Free! This will expand your reach and increase your amount of potential customers. This is what you need to be discovered! Get creative! Hop on trends! Share something humorous! Always include your username or website on the post. Increasing your likes, comments, shares, and saves will increase your sales.

5. Use Influencers

If the free strategies aren't working, it's time to hire in experts- Influencers.

Instagram influencers can be useful tools to help increase your brand’s visibility on Instagram study says that 92% of consumers trust individuals more than brands. For this reason, using individuals to promote your brand will create more trust around your brand while increasing exposure. However, you should not use too many influencers.. Instead of using many different influencers, use the right ones that are relevant to your brand and that your target audience trusts.

These are just 5 ways to increase your brand's visibility and make it easier for your target audience to find your content. As users find your content more easily, your posts can get more shares and also the search ranking of your webpage can improve due to your increased social media traffic. If they like what they see, they can become long-time supporters of your business!
